Add or edit a product

Add a product

1. From the dashboard, open Products.
2. Select Add product.
3. On Basics, enter the required name, category, and description. The URL handle is filled from the name unless you change it.
4. Complete the Media, Pricing, Variants, and Visibility tabs that apply.
5. On SEO, enter both the SEO title and SEO description. These fields are required even while the product is a draft.
6. Select Create product.

A new product starts as a draft, so it does not appear to customers until you publish it from the Visibility tab.

If a required field is missing, StoreMink opens the tab that needs attention. A product cannot be saved without a name, category, description, SEO title, and SEO description.

Edit an existing product

1. Open Products.
2. Search for the product and open it.
3. Change the relevant fields.
4. Save, then check the product on the storefront if it is published.

Plan allowances

• Free: up to 5 products.
• Basic: up to 50 products.
• Pro: unlimited products.

StoreMink enforces the allowance on every new product, including CSV imports. A downgrade never deletes, hides, unpublishes, or blocks edits to existing products. If the current count is above the active plan limit, all existing products stay available and only creation is paused until the store upgrades or the count falls below the limit.
